Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Services by  The Complete Camera Company Limited

 

The Complete Camera Company (The CCC) are registered at

Service recipient (the client)

 

Service provider (The CCC)

 

Services Provided

 

The CCC provides fixed rig filming services and other broadcast equipment to the client for the production of television programming. This service comprises of:

 

a) The provision and set-up of camera and related equipment

b) The provision of suitably qualified crew to operate the equipment

c) The provision of unedited recorded output in a format agreed with the client

 

Quotation for Services

 

All quotations for services offered by The CCC are made in good faith and based on a detailed specification of requirements provided by the client.

 

Quotations:

​

a) Will remain valid for acceptance for a period of 30 days from issue

b) Are stated as excluding VAT (Value added tax)

c) May be withdrawn or altered at any time prior to acceptance

d) May be invalidated by any subsequent material change to the specified requirements

e) To form a binding agreement, in the absence of a contract, written acceptance will be taken in the form of written emails, post or fax

f) Subject to the following, an accepted quotation may be cancelled without charge if more than 30 days prior to commencement of the provision of services. The CCC reserves the right to charge a late cancellation fee, based on a percentage of the contract price, as follows:

• Within 30 days of commencement of services 25%

• Within 8 days of commencement of services 50%

• Within 2 days of commencement of services 75%

 

Equipment

 

a) Unless otherwise agreed, the client will be responsible for the transportation of equipment to and from location

b) The client will be responsible for the safety, security and insurance of the equipment against loss or damage during the provision of the services including during the transport of equipment to and from The CCC

c) The client will be responsible for obtaining all customs clearances, licenses and permits as may be required in taking the equipment to a jurisdiction out with the UK

d) The equipment will remain the property of The CCC at all times.

 

Recorded Output

​

a) The CCC acknowledges that it will have no claim to copyright in respect of any of the recorded output from services commissioned by the client

b) The client must advise The CCC of any potential quality issue with recorded output received, within 24 hours of such issue being identified.

c) The client will use their best efforts to include suitable credits for The CCC in respect of any output broadcast.

d) The CCC will not be liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances or due to causes beyond its control including but not limited to acts of nature, acts of Government, labour disputes and delays in transport.

 

Payment Terms

​

a) Value Added Tax shall be payable at the appropriate rate, if applicable, and on receipt of a valid VAT invoice.

b) Unless otherwise agreed, all invoices are due and payable within 30 days of the invoice date.

c) The CCC shall not in any circumstances be liable to the producer or any third party for any claims in respect of loss of profits, special damage or any consequential loss whatsoever, or be under any liability for or in respect of loss or damage to persons or property howsoever caused whether arising directly or indirectly from the service provided.
